How can I list my property on your website?

​To list your property, fill out the form above or contact us via email at booking@yournesttrip.com or by phone at 979-587-1501. Once submitted, our team will review the listing and help you get started.

Can I block off dates when my property is unavailable?

Yes, you have full control over your availability calendar. You can block off dates for personal use, maintenance, or any other reason at any time. To ensure maximum profit you will want to leave peak season available for guest booking.

Do I need to provide cleaning services?

The guest is responsible for the housekeeping fee, ensuring it doesn't affect your rental income. When you or your personal guests stay at the property, we’ll handle the cleaning arrangements and include the charge on your monthly statement

What to do in the event of maintenance request?

We can refer you to a selection of trusted local contractors we work with, unless you already have preferred service providers. If so, please share their contact information with us.

What happens if a guest damages my property?

Guests are required to pay a deposit when booking directly, which will be refunded after the property is cleaned and inspected. In the event of any damages, the deposit will be used to cover the repair costs. Please note that normal wear and tear is not considered damage.

Do I need to be available for guest check-ins and check-outs?

No. We will have a representative of Your Nest Trip to manage check-ins/check-outs. We do recommend a lockbox or smart lock for guest convenience. 

Can I set house rules for my guests?

Yes, you can set custom house rules for your guests. These rules will be clearly communicated to guests when they book your property. In addition, your Nest Trip provides a list of rules for your convince. 

How do I track my earnings and bookings?

You can view and track all your bookings, payments, and earnings directly through the homeowner dashboard on our platform.

How can I ensure my property is competitive on the platform?

As your vacation rental management company, we ensure your property is effectively marketed to stand out from the competition. We list your property on popular vacation rental platforms like Airbnb, Booking.com, and others, with optimized descriptions and professional, high-quality photos that showcase your property’s unique features to attract the right audience.

In addition, we create and manage social media profiles on platforms like Instagram and Facebook, posting beautiful images, guest experiences, and local attractions to engage with potential guests. Through regular posts, stories, and targeted ads, we connect with a wider audience and keep your property top of mind.

We also build and maintain an email list of past guests and interested prospects, sending out updates, special offers, and local tips to encourage repeat bookings and referrals. After each guest stay, we kindly request feedback and positive reviews, as high ratings help build trust and credibility, further enhancing your property’s reputation and visibility.
